Boxford Democrats collect food contributions at Town Meeting

Boxford Democrats will once again sponsor a food donation drive — the third annual event — at Boxford’s annual spring meeting Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, May 13 and 14.  Donations to this year’s food drive will once again benefit two local food pantries.   Members of the Democratic town committee will be stationed at the entrances to Masconomet Regional School on both nights as residents arrive for Town Meeting, to collect donations of non-perishable food items, paper goods and other useful household products.   Specifically requested were items for children — cereal, juice boxes, healthy snack items — as well as all kind of soap:  dish liquid, laundry detergent, bar soap.
